We were impressed by how well Dana, the designer and the suppliers all worked as a team to achieve our goals in a helpful but non-directive manner. The process was highly organized and efficient and the attention to detail was extraordinary. At the end of the planning process, we were presented with a detailed timeline of each step in the construction and a firm cost estimate. The project was completed on time and within budget and exceeded our expectations in terms of the final product. We could not have been happier with our experience with Lorrien Homes Remodeling Company, especially Dana Dunbar. Dana and his team members do outstanding work and are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were respectful of our home and schedules – especially while we were remodeling our kitchen (we have three small children, so it is hard to be without a kitchen for long!). They were very transparent with costs and worked with our budget. Dana made sure I had a contact person for every vendor/decision and without exception, his vendors were helpful and knowledgeable. We are thrilled with the two remodeling projects completed by Dana Dunbar of Lorrien Homes Remodeling Company. We completely remodeled two bathrooms in our 80-year-old home. Dana handled the projects from start to finish with incredible attention to detail, management, organization, and accurate pricing and scheduling. When he said he would treat the house as if it were his own home, he meant it. Extremely high-quality work, great management of his subcontractors, and each day, the work area was left clean and organized. A true professional. Every day, he would let us know what work was going to be done, and at the end of the day, he would let us know what progress was made and we’d go over any issues.
